
New Forms Feature Helps You Get More Leads
April 16, 2013Qualaroo now makes it easy to create great looking lead gen forms and insert them anywhere in a Nudge. While many of our customers have used Qualaroo to generate leads in the past, most of those programs were limited to collecting an email address.
The new Qualaroo lead gen form allows you to easily add several fields to a form. Here is an example of what a lead gen form might look like for requesting a catalog. This example was inspired by a Qualaroo customer who recently used Qualaroo to increase requests for catalogs by an astounding 120%.
It is also possible to do more sophisticated programs. For example, you could start with a qualifying question that asks: “Are you looking to buy for yourself or for your business?” Those that select “self” could be redirected to an ecommerce page while those that select “my business” are encouraged to complete a lead gen form. The incentive for completing the lead gen form could be anything from information about volume discounts to an offer for free implementation help.
How it Works
Creating a lead gen form is simple. By default each form includes first name, last name and email address. You can easily add additional fields or edit/remove the default fields. You can also make any field required with a check of a box. Below is a screenshot of part of the the Qualaroo form editor.
Any responses to a lead gen form will appear in your account the same way that a survey response does. You can then download them into a CSV file and export them into your CRM system.

We will soon release the ability to automatically export leads into your CRM system or an email marketing service such as MailChimp.
