What is a Nudge™?

Qualaroo nudge™ is a tool for asking the right questions to the right users at the right time. It is an in-app survey that can be placed on a number of channels to collect feedback. Whether you need to gain more insights into user experience, measure satisfaction, or generate leads, a Qualaroo nudge™ serves all these purposes.

What is a tracked pageview?

Your subscription plan outlines the number of pageviews to your website(s) per month that Qualaroo nudge™ will display on, NOT overall visits to your entire website. If one visitor views 3 pages and you configure the nudge™ to show on each page till they answer it, it is counted 3 times or till they respond to it. You can control how often you show nudges™. We recommend buying a plan large enough to accommodate your entire website traffic so once the script is installed, your team can test any part of the website without developer intervention. Qualaroo is designed to be a consistent feedback loop to provide the best value.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. For purchases over $3000, we can accept check payments for an additional processing fee of $100. Please contact sales@proprofs.com if you are interested in paying via check.

Is my data safe and secure?

Yes. Our state-of-the-art servers are hosted at an ultra-secure location that maintains multiple power feeds, fiber links, dedicated generators, and battery backup. ProProfs product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all ProProfs plans include remote data backups to keep your data safe.

What is a Nudge™ View?

The number of visitors who saw at least one survey, regardless of whether they interacted with it or not.

How does the 15-day money back guarantee work?

If you cancel within 15 days of signing up, for any reason, you won't be charged a thing. We do not want your money unless you are delighted with our product. If you choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again. We charge per full month; we don't prorate for pending months in the payment cycle in case of a refund.
