How to Create an Exit-Intent Survey for Your Website

  • Step 1: Log into your Qualaroo account & choose a template or ‘New from Scratch.’

    *Note: For the latter, you’ll have to add the URL of the website, app, or product for which you want to create a survey.

  • Step 2: Add your exit-intent survey questions, lead gen form & custom offers & discounts.
  • Step 3: Go to the ‘Targeting’ section & under ‘When,’ choose ‘When it looks like the user is about to abandon the page.’
  • Step 4: Save & preview the survey you’ve created to ensure the exit-intent trigger is working.
  • Step 5: Now, you can either save your settings to publish the survey later or activate it to make it live.
