What is a Nudge™?

Qualaroo Nudge™ is an in-app survey tool that captures real-time feedback, driving higher response rates and better-quality insights. By engaging users while they interact with your website or app, Nudge™ ensures more accurate responses (10x more than email surveys), improved completion rates, and deeper customer understanding.

What is a tracked pageview?

A tracked pageview occurs each time a Nudge™ is displayed on a page. For example, if a visitor views 3 pages with active Nudges™, it counts as 3 tracked pageviews. Pageviews with no Nudge™ shown are not counted. We recommend choosing a plan that covers your entire website traffic, so your team can test and gather insights anywhere on the site— with no developer assistance needed. Qualaroo provides a continuous feedback loop for maximum value.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. For purchases over $3000, we can accept check payments for an additional processing fee of $100. Please contact sales@proprofs.com if you are interested in paying via check.

Is my data safe and secure?

Yes. Our state-of-the-art servers are hosted at an ultra-secure location that maintains multiple power feeds, fiber links, dedicated generators, and battery backup. ProProfs product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall, and all ProProfs plans include remote data backups to ensure data safety.

How does the 15-day money back guarantee work?

Cancel within 15 days of signing up to receive a full refund. We do not want your money unless you are delighted with our product. After this period, cancellations stop future charges without prorated refunds for the current month.
